XFORCE FIT BARCELONA PERSONALIZED offers you the possibility of receiving the products purchased directly at your home or at the place you choose. We work with the courier company Correos Express, selected by strict criteria of professionalism and guarantee for our clients.

All shipments are insured so that the customer does not run any risk and can always receive their products in perfect condition.

Correos Express will notify by SMS the date of delivery of the order. If in doubt you can call the agency's phone number 902.102.448 and they will inform you of your status.

Shipping costs will be free for all orders over 50€.

Peninsula: 3.95€ VAT included.

Balearic Islands: 4.95€ VAT included.

Canary Islands: 6.95€ VAT included.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 6.95 (The buyer will be responsible for the possible costs and customs procedures of the DUA - Canary Islands Customs -, or those of the respective customs of Ceuta and Melilla)

The delivery of orders will be made at the address listed as shipping, not in the billing, previously confirmed payment, within 24 hours if they are in stock, if we have to manufacture, 7 days. For those orders made on weekdays (Monday to Friday);

Once the order is prepared and before its departure for transport, an e-mail will be sent to the address indicated by the customer notifying the delivery of said order.

Withdrawal

The client may withdraw from the order placed, that is, proceed to return and refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the same. The right of withdrawal does not exist in the following categories of products: clothing of intimate clothing (swimsuits) and used clothing and / or do not carry their original packaging and labeling.

To be able to accept the return for withdrawal, the product and the service must be fulfilled in perfect conditions, as well as keep all its accessories and documentation of origin. The item to be returned must be properly packed for return. You must return or deliver the goods directly to our offices in C / Sant Joaquim, 30 08302 MATARO (BARCELONA). The client must assume the shipping costs of the return of the goods in case of withdrawal.

The customer must make the return of the product to XFORCE FIT BARCELONA PERSONALIZED within 14 calendar days from the date on which his decision of withdrawal is communicated.

The reimbursement will be made before it is possible, in any case, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the client notified his intention to desist. The same was made through the same mode of payment used in the purchase. We can retain the refund until we have received the goods.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the customer receives a defective product, he/she can proceed to return it, communicating to XFORCE FIT BARCELONA PERSONALIZED this incident by email to xforcefit.pedidos@gmail.com within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of your order. We will then tell you how to act and send us the product. Once XFORCE FIT BARCELONA PERSONALIZED receives the defective product and examined it, it will send you another one. XFORCE FIT BARCELONA PERSONALIZED will be responsible for the amount of postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make a change for another item, the costs of return and new shipment will not be paid by the customer.

In the event that the product (s) can not be substituted, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us.

Refunds and partial cancellations will result in partial reimbursement of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transportation costs, reimbursement will not be returned in case the return is partial. The refund will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, by bank transfer, to an account where the owner of the same is the person who made the order, or through a discount voucher for a future purchase.

MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS
